Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What time is check-in/check-out?
A: Check-in for regular rooms is 2pm, check-out at 11am; Check-in for Fantasy Suites is 3pm, check-out at 11am.
Q: I’m bringing my laptop, do you have wireless internet access?
A: Yes, we have free hi-speed wireless internet access.
Q: Do you offer discounts?
A: For our regular single king and double queen rooms, we have AARP discounts, AAA discounts, corporate rates and bus tour group rates. We also block wedding rooms and those are discounted as well.
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: Pets are $7 extra per night. Pets are NOT allowed in our fantasy suites.
Q: Do you offer weekly and/or monthly rates?
A:Yes, just call and a manager can help you.
Q: How many guests can stay in your rooms without getting charged extra?
A:In a single king room, 2 people are allowed. In a double queen room, you may have up to 4 people. Anything over each of those numbers, a $5 charge per person is added per night.
Q: Do you have cots?
A:Yes, they are $5 per night.
Q: Do you have cribs?
A:Yes, at no charge.
Q: Do you have truck parking?
A:Yes, we have truck and bus parking. Our back entrance allows for easy access for 18 wheelers.
Q: Do you have a meeting room?
A:Yes, you may reserve our meeting room. Call the hotel for details.
Q: Do you have a pool?
A:Yes, we have an indoor heated pool. |
